Core Beliefs
Our beliefs are based upon the ancient creeds of the early Christian Church, which are universally accepted by all major denominations of today’s churches around the world. We believe that through the life, teachings and work of Jesus Christ, we are able to have fullness of life, both in this age and the one to come. We believe that the Creator of the cosmos loves it utterly, and as part of the creation, we too are loved. We believe that by following the two easily remembered rules of Jesus: love our God, our Creator with all our heart, soul, mind and body, and similarly love the world as we are asked to love ourselves. Pray – This is how we commune with the Divine Creator for life.
Friends – Friends are there for each other, through the light and darker times in life.
Bless – Blessing is a powerful force for bringing about goodness in the world.
Family – God is family and we are all part of God’s family.
There is so much hatred in the world, we seek to sow love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness and self-control by bringing a diversity of people together to play, talk, discuss and enjoy being in each other’s company. All this happens whilst we’re in the company of our Creator.
